Classic eyelash extensions are one of the easiest, fastest ways to take day-to-day beauty to a higher level. Most certainly, they can look stunning on almost everyone. This method of “classic” lash extension is actually where only applied to an already existing lash, and not directly onto the eyelid. Thus, one have the liberty to apply this eyelash extension anywhere on natural lash. There are numerous styles and types of classic eyelashes extensions, which are ideal for clients who already have many lashes, but would like to have additional length to their existing lash line while keeping it subtle and organic. This treatment of extensions primarily makes your eyelash line look denser and more outward curled while looking organic.
This treatment adapts the one-to-one application procedure, where one of the eyelash extension is glued onto your already existing natural lashes. Generally, the diameter of classic eyelash extension can vary, for instance: .10, .12, .15, .18, .20
How long does it take?
This extension treatment requires a single extension be placed on to one existing lash. As with all our services, we ask that you come in with a clean face that is free of makeup. The process will last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, during which you are welcome to take a nap.
Who should opt for the Classic Eyelash Treatment?
Classic eyelash extensions are perfect for giving length and thickness to your already existing natural lash line. Thus, these extensions will provide an appearance of wearing mascara.
Classic lashes are perfect for:
- Clients who are looking for an extravagant touch-up while having a natural look
- Generally those with relatively more number of naturally existing lashes
- Clients who are just getting started with extensions!
Is the Treatment Painful?
No, the treatment is painless, and the lash extensions should never cause discomfort. The lashes used at Enhance are so light that you should not even be able to feel they are there! Very rarely, the glue used can cause an allergic reaction, which is why it is essential to book in for a ten-minute patch test, carried out at least 24 hours before your treatment.
How Do You Care For Lashes?
We get it. You have forked out on a full set of flutter-worthy lashes and you do not want them to go any time soon. So how do you keep your lashes for longer? Well, like any treatment, it is important to follow the advised after care.
-
Stay away from the water
With eyelash extensions, this involves keeping lashes away from water for 24 hours and heat treatments, such as saunas or steam, after having them applied.
-
Avoid oil-based beauty products
Avoid any oil-based products around the eye area especially oil-based eye make-up remover as these dissolved the glue much faster. Many eye make-up removers contain oil so make sure you get a lash-friendly cleanser to remove your make-up.
-
Prep them in the morning
It’s also worth mentioning that your lashes might get a little twisted in the morning (the perils of having a super-full flutter) so it’s a good idea to use a little brush to give them a stroke into place.
