Classic Lash Extensions

Classic Lash Extensions – How Do The Lashes Gives You A Dense Eye LookWhat Exactly Are Eyelash Extensions?

Lash extensions are temporary false, faux mink or silk fibers which are glued fiber by fibre to your natural lashes. As you might expect, the gluing process is done with intensive care. The extensions are applied one at a time using a serum made just for this and semi-permanent glue that will not bother or damage the natural lash.

Unlike synthetic eyelashes, where the strip or individual lashes are glued to the eyelids, lash extensions are adhered directly to the lash strands itself. The outcomes are more fresh, thick lashes that may even erase the need to use a mascara.

Do Eyelash Extensions Look Natural?

The end look is meant to improve your natural lashes with more length, fullness, and lift. Whether that look is more intense or more pure is up to the clients choice, but usually, the more lashes glued, the more intense the effect. A typical procedure about anywhere from 80-140 individual extensions on each eye, with lashes varying in length from 6-18mm. It’s not one length fits all natural lashes. For instance, if you have damaged lash strands, or naturally thin, sparse natural lashes, it’s not always possible to get a more bold look that a client with stronger, denser lashes can achieve.

Classic Lash Extensions

Classic extensions are the most cultural form of eyelash extensions and give a ready to go mascara effect with extra length, volume and perm. This means that there is each 1:1 extension applied to each natural lash. As these type of lash extensions are limited to the number of real ones you have, they will look most perfect if you have a normal to excessive number of natural lashes that are thick and strong, and you desire a natural, mascara look. If you have sparse lashes and want to add volume or density to your lash line, these may not be the best option for you.

So how long do eyelash extensions last?

Application is might be a bit pricey for some and does take some time—anywhere from one to two hours varying from volume to volume —but, with the best care, lash extensions would last for up to six weeks.

Extensions will shed with your natural hair growth cycle, which is generally every seven weeks. Refills are the best way to extend the life of your lashes and are suggested every two to three weeks.

Is there anything you can do to prolong this?

Because lash extensions are adhered to your natural individual strands and follow your natural hair growth cycle, they will eventually grow out—no matter what you do. But there are some steps you can take to prevent breakage before they grow out though.

After the treatment, stay away from steam and wetting your lashes for the first 2 days. You can, of course, wash your face and take a shower—just make sure that no water touches your lashes.

Avoid oil-based cosmetics and heavy creams around the lashes while you have eyelash extensions. And avoid the mascara—especially waterproof mascara—since it’s very powerful and difficult to remove and can cause breakage.

You should also not rub your eyes, or use a mechanical eyelash curler, and staying under the shower head for a long amount of time.
